Return & Exchange Policy for Domestic Customers
The AB Collection offers a straightforward and hassle-free Return and Exchange policy for products purchased from our website, provided the following conditions are met:
- This policy applies to online purchases only.
- You must be located in Pakistan, as this facility is not available to customers outside Pakistan.
- Products must be returned/received by The AB Collection within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.
- In case of a return, we will issue store credit valid for 3 months.
- Bridal and customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We accept unworn, unwashed products with original tags attached for return or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, including the invoice, all labels, price tags, dust bags, and other packaging intact.
- Please include a properly filled Return/Exchange Form (provided with your order or available for download at the bottom of this page).
- Customers must return the product via traceable delivery (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense to the address below. If the product is not received within the stipulated time or due to any reason, the customer will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- All returns/exchanges should be sent to: The AB Collection, 165-P, Near Mini Market Gulberg – 2, Lahore.
- Exchanges are allowed for another item, but any additional cost must be paid by the customer.
- If a lower-priced item is selected for exchange, the remaining amount will be issued as online store credit.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock or unavailable, store credit equal to the item’s invoice value will be issued.
- For prepaid orders, in case of a change of mind, a partial refund is possible within 2 days of placing the order. Customers must notify us via written request (e.g., Email/WhatsApp). For example, if you order multiple items and decide not to purchase one or more, we will refund the partial amount within 7 working days.
- All returned/exchanged products are subject to inspection before the refund or exchange is approved.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy for International Customers
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product delivered is incorrect or faulty/damaged.
- We recommend customers make a video while opening the package as proof of damage or an incorrect order.
- For prepaid international orders, a partial refund is possible within 2 days of placing the order (before dispatch). Customers must notify us via written request (e.g., Email/WhatsApp). For example, if you order multiple items and decide not to purchase one or more, we will refund the partial amount within 7 working days.

Miscellaneous
- In case of any conflict in the terms of the Return and Exchange Policy, the decision of The AB Collection shall be final and binding, and you irrevocably waive your right to make any claim or demand on this ground.
- The AB Collection reserves the right to reject any request for return or exchange without providing any reason.
What is an Incorrect Product?
For the purpose of this policy, an “incorrect product” refers to a product that does not match the description or specifications in the purchase order or website with respect to color, size, or material. Please note that actual colors may vary from those displayed on your device, as mentioned on the website.
What is Store Credit?
For the purpose of this policy, “store credit” refers to a document offered by The AB Collection to a customer who returns an item. It can be used to purchase other items at The AB Collection online store.
